From a young age I have been enchanted with the world of body modification. Looking through hundreds of images at BME's Modblog (check it out if you haven't already) exposes one to all sorts of beautiful and relatively unique images of all sorts of people who align in some way with the modified body community from charmingly simple ear piercings to hardcore genital modifications, and every other person and piercing style in-between.
BME's Modblog coincidentally showcases an incredibly vast spread of jewelry types for all piercings.
I have never before seen any website that offers a truly excellent inventory on par with the quality and selection that once served as an unattainable goal. Painful Pleasures is incredible: The aforementioned selection of jewelry- there is literally something for everyone, piercer or piercee; easy to use website with tons of customer service; a "Portal" section where a digital community of those with modifications can congregate; and they're cheep as shit.
My dad is a super tightwad, a trait he passed down to me. The avalanche of maraschino cherries on top are their RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICES! For serious. I recently purchased 6 pairs of moderately priced ORGANIC and incredible carved bone/horn/wood/mop 4g swan and spiral style earrings, 200 acrylic 14-10g balls, a gorgeous bali-style naval ring, a pair of black/white striped glass 4g plugs, a pair of transparent clear glass spiral-talons, 4g, with a helix of purple glass throughout, and four labret posts for just under $200 dollars- including the 2-3 day first class priority shipping as my chosen method. AND I have no affiliation with wholesale purchases. That was my final price for a personal retail purchase.
I am NEVER shopping anywhere else ever again. Y'all are unbelievable. Serious mad props. Thank you so very much!

I am very pleased with the order I recently placed (and have already recieved btw) and I will definitely buy from here again. I currently wear a 14g circular barbell and I want to go to a 10g, but I dont want to use tapers. The prices are definitely low enough here so I can buy 12g ones first and then the 10g and still only be out ten bucks!

Excellent customer service! I had an order totalling less than ten dollars. One of the items was out of stock, so I was called and asked how I wanted to proceed (sustitution or backorder). Many businesses would have sent an e-mail if anything at all. I was blown away! This is one reason I am a repeat customer. Painful Pleasures rocks!

this is where i buy all my body jewelry. i can pick the gauges, huge color selection, and most importantly nothing is fake. it is all surgical steel which is hard to find, and is the only thing i can wear because of my sensitivity. the prices are unbeatable and with fast shipping i always recommend this website to friends
